Once again, all the credit goes to Satan! Through his clever ‘3D’ strategy of doubt, distortion and deception he has succeeded in causing the world to fly-off in a mad spin of fear and terror concerning something of which the collective might of human wisdom and ability is not able to comprehend and control. The world’s present flurry of concern is about Global-warming, which is founded upon human speculation and guess-work!

Friends, I believe that the issue of Global-warming is nothing but a diabolical distraction, orchestrated by Satan… causing governments to flap around like headless chickens, wasting much precious time, effort and money while ignoring ‘real’ global concerns – one of which has existed for thousands of years in impoverished parts of the world where many millions of people today suffer in silence through a lack of basic essentials for living. The urgent cry of these people is for food, medical support, shelter, security, freedom… not a rescue plan from Global-warming!   

Responsibility for the care and well-being of people is paramount and rests primarily with the governments of the world and other agencies authorised by God. Yes, every person must share in the responsibility of caring for our planet. However, there are certain aspects of the function and care of our planet that only God, the Designer, Creator and Sustainer, is able to manage. And so, we are not to alarm ourselves over the claim of Global-warming. Even if proof was given to show that the Globe is warming it’s not up to us to fix it… it’s God’s responsibility! Concern for people is our No.1 responsibility, not our planet! 

Friends, I have a greater concern than Global-warming… scientists and world leaders DO NOT consider God as someone important-enough to consult with concerning the welfare of mankind, our planet, and the Universe. Mankind has gone rogue… placing themselves above God’s omniscience, omnipresence, and omnipotence. This is extreme arrogance and foolishness! God is the essential key to our planet’s well-being. Life cannot exist and thrive without our acknowledgment of God and compliance with Him!

If world leaders spent less time looking to each other for answers and invested some time in looking to Scripture they would see that God says nothing about Global-warming… but says enough about Global-burning (Rev. 8:6-7), and Global-disappearance (21:1)! Wow… this can be scary stuff! Really, this is a no-brainer! With a track record of 100% proven accuracy of 780 Bible predictions under His belt it takes a person of just little intelligence to credit God as being the standalone Universal Consultant of our planet, not our scientists who at best score 20% accuracy with their predictions. In 1973, a computer program was developed by environmental scientists at MIT to model global sustainability. Instead, it predicted that by 2040 our civilisation would end! This scientific prediction is a lot more serious than Global-warming!

Friends, any bona fide concern can easily be taken too far along the continuum of human observation, assessment and deliberation to the extreme end that produces serious error in judgement that causes panic and alarm. If the world is really concerned about Global-warming, why have they side-lined the only Person known to mankind who has already demonstrated that He has power to control the sun, moon, the wind and the waves? (Josh. 10:12-13; Matt. 8:26.) I care for our planet even though it’s wearing-out fast and God is preparing a perfect replacement.
