Satan, the Prince of Demons (Matt. 12:24), is the ‘master of distraction’… distracting mankind where possible away from the enlightenment of God’s truth. As the ‘behind-the-scenes’ chief schemer and conductor of all evil, Satan keeps those who belong to this world imprisoned in spiritual darkness… blind and lost in the maze of human imagination and wild speculation.

Right now, concern over Global-warming is at a frenzy. This devilish distraction has proved to be most effective in keeping most of the world from seeing the truth of God’s imminent judgment over one-third of the earth… ‘the setting of the planet ablaze with a consuming fire!’ This unprecedented horror will not be caused by mankind’s failure to take proper care of the planet. It will be God’s response against ‘the’ hard-hearted, sinful and rebellious of this world. No one will be able to prevent this from happening. Global-burning is coming!

Under the direction of an angelic being, the Apostle John recorded… “Then the seven angels with the seven trumpets prepared to blow their mighty blasts. The first angel blew his trumpet, and hail and fire mixed with blood were thrown down on the earth. One-third of the earth was set on fire, one-third of the trees were burned, and all the green grass was burned” (Rev. 8:6-7). Wow! Scary stuff! Conservationists will spit-chips when they see this happening!

Satan’s intent in promoting his Global-warming propaganda goes beyond generating fear and panic, together with wasting much time and money. His chief aim is control… control over mankind that will serve his greater purpose! Enticement of trade and political concessions are being used by the world’s ‘pro’ climate-change fraternity to leverage control over other governments, coercing them to join the throng of climate-change believers.

In additional, political parties and independent politicians are using with much success the fear of Global-warming as a control to leverage election votes from their constituents. Wrong-minded people are being elected into office! This Global distraction is taking us closer to the formation of a one-world government, led by someone who will function as the Anti-Christ. Now, that’s the overarching control I believe Satan has in mind.

The earth as we know it has a ‘use-by’ date. Only God the Father knows that date. The Globe is quickly wearing out. It is going, going… it will soon be gone! John recorded, “Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the old heaven and the old earth had disappeared” (21:1).

Friends, God is concerned for the people of this world, not the planet. Jesus died to save mankind, not the planet. If world leaders genuinely shared God’s concern, the world’s downcast, disadvantaged and distressed would be saved, satisfied and become most grateful citizens of the world! But no, through Satan’s ‘Distraction 101’ we see ourselves running around in circles, in vain, like a dog trying to catch its tail… becoming hot and bothered, and getting nowhere.

I see the majority of world leaders lost in a maze, enacting well-intentioned man-made policies that minimize the use of fossil fuels and promote renewable fuels initiatives. Clearly, world leaders are more concerned and consumed with adjusting the temperature of the planet than ministering to the worlds desperate. This is ‘Stupidity 101’!

Friends, our duty of care in life is first and foremost the well-being of every citizen of this planet, not the planet itself! You can forget about Global-warming. It’s not an issue deserving your concern. The issue that Satan doesn’t want you to know anything about, the one that DOES deserve your concern, is Global-burning and Global-disappearance.
