Did you know you are always on God’s mind? Read on and find out how – as Guest Author, Pastor Sam Elijah from Nigeria, explains how this can be true, in his first of a 2 part series today and following on tomorrow.

“The Lord has been mindful of us; He will bless us; He will bless the house of Israel; He will bless the house of Aaron. He will bless those who fear the Lord, Both small and great. May the Lord give you increase more and more, You and your children.”
Ps 115: 12-14 (NKJV)

Isn’t it amazing to know that the mind of God, the Most High God, the Creator of heaven and earth is full of you and constantly thinking about you? There’s no one else with a mind fully occupied with your thoughts as Almighty God Himself. No! Not even your parents cared so much about your wellbeing as Almighty God!

I can hear you asking: “If God is thinking about me, why am I like this? Why is everything not falling into place for me? Why am I still going about with unanswered prayers all these years?”  Brilliant questions, my beloved. But I’d like you to know this: it burdens God, the same way it does you. And He will fix and perfect all things that concern you in His own time and not in your own time.

Here’s the good news my dear friend, God wishes above all, for you to prosper abundantly both spiritually and physically. And it doesn’t matter what your perspective is now, this is the true Gospel. This is because some have stayed so long in the place of need, denied the good things in life, and have erroneously accepted their condition as the will of God.

Not at all my dearly beloved. God’s plan is for you to prosper and be in good health even as your soul prospers. His plans for you are not harmful but full of a glorious future. He is still in the business of blessing His people. And yours is no exception.

Accept His words as they are. Trust and take His words as you would take your daily meals. You don’t see or understand how food is digested and absorbed to benefit the body; so it is with God’s word; it is beneficial to your all-round peace and prosperity.

Therefore, I declare in the name of Jesus that your days be filled with increase. Not a one-time increase but increase without limit or measure. Increase that is not time, geographical or racially bound.

Increase is a sure sign of success and progress in anyone’s endeavors. Stagnation, the opposite of progress can be frustrating, hence, God’s promise of increase to His children in our opening Scripture.

Watch it! You are on the verge of breaking forth into another realm where your daily experience is increase. This is true, because God’s mind is daily thinking about you. You occupy the mind of God and you are the ONLY thought going on in His mind.
