In Psalm 119:10-11, King David prayed: 10”I seek you with all my heart; do not let me stray from your commands. 11 I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.” May this be your prayer today. Ed.
“With All I Am”
Words & Music: Reuben Morgan; ©️2003 Reuben Morgan/Hillsong Publishing.
This song is a prayer of commitment to God knowing that He will always protect, watch over and bring His best to us, if we will commit our lives to Him.
Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take.”
Jesus I believe in You
Jesus I belong to You
You’re the reason that I live
The reason that I sing
With all I am
Into Your hands
I commit again… all I am, for You, Lord
You hold my world
In the palm of Your hand
And I am Yours forever
Isaiah 49:16a (NLV)
“See, I have marked your names on My hands.”
Committing our lives to Christ is surely the best decision we can ever make. To know our identity in Him gives our life’s purpose clarity and confidence. Even though we may go through difficult times, we need not worry or be anxious because of His promise that He will never leave us nor forsake us.
Deuteronomy 31:8 (NIV)
“The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”
I’ll walk with You
Wherever You go
Through tears and joy
I’ll trust in You
And I will live
In all of Your ways
And Your promises, forever
When we choose to walk with God and to live in His promises, we can enjoy fullness of life and experience the kind of peace we had never dreamt possible.
We can navigate life with new-found freedom and find fulfillment as we enjoy stress-free living. Our circumstances may not change immediately, but we will find love without borders and the ability to see the world with new eyes … God’s eyes of love.
The promise of eternal freedom is ours when we choose to live in the light of Christ and worship Him with our whole heart, soul, mind and strength.
Psalm 145: 13b (NIV)
‘The Lord always keeps his promises; he is gracious in all he does.’
