Farewell to Dancing-on-Water ….

Today marks the end of an era in the life of Dancing-on-Water.

Almost 5 years ago Bill Joukhadar founded DOW’s weekly devotional, with the website advice and expertise of his daughter-in-law Grace Joukhadar, and faithfully fulfilled his agreement with the Lord to post over 200 articles. Well, he certainly completed that assignment in November last year with 211 weekly articles posted as well as extra ‘Special Edition’ articles.

Along the way he began to invite Guest Authors to submit articles of interest and over the 5 years, approximately 14 plus Guest Authors, some from the other side of the world, contributed to the website and made it a very diversified and fascinating blend of topics. We are deeply grateful for every author who contributed over the years to help our readers/subscribers enrich their walk with the Lord.

At Bill’s request, in mid-2024, I took over the running of DOW, still with Grace’s support, and together we continued with Bill’s original vision of posting weekly articles.

Now due to extra family commitments, I have had to make the difficult decision to end the season of DOW. I have not made this decision lightly, but I do believe it’s time, and I would like to sincerely thank each reader, subscriber and casual visitor to the site for your wonderful support and encouragement. We couldn’t have run this long without it.

The good news is that all resources and previous articles will be available on the DOW website until the end of 2025 so please feel free to browse as many posts as you wish so that you can continue to be blessed by our authors.

May your lives be touched beautifully with the grace of God and may your love for Jesus shine brightly to everyone with whom you come in contact.
